Your company will be included in all event promotions prior to and the evening of the event.  This includes listing on our website and social media and company name listed in the event program which is distributed to each auction attendee. In addition, there will be a banner with your logo displayed at the auction.

Your donation is tax-deductible and will help raise funds to benefit 17 different sports serving over 600 student-athletes at both Mt. Pleasant Middle & High School.

It's time for the 
​2025 Winter Oiler Auction!
The Mt. Pleasant Oilers Athletic Boosters will be hosting a live and silent auction dinner event on February 22, 2025, that will raise funds to help support the student-athletes in our community. This years exciting auction will offer a night out to over 300 guests dedicated to supporting our local middle and high school athletic programs. The event features live and silent auctions items, games, food, beverages with prizes and giveaways. In 2024 we raised over $50,000 and one hundred percent of the net proceeds were used to help support the student-athletes through scholarships, equipment upgrades, new uniforms and other items requested through the athletic program. Your donation is tax-deductible and will help raise funds to benefit 17 different sports serving over 600 student-athletes at both Mt. Pleasant Middle and High School.​
